Examples of how sustainable architecture can reduce the climate footprint and protect buildings and urban areas against climate change.
In this booklet, the Danish Association of Architectural Firms describes cases that exemplify how we can use planning, architecture and the landscape to create value with less impact on the climate and to
protect Danish assets against climate change.
Climate change calls for stronger initiatives in the building and construction sector – on the one hand to promote broader use of sustainable solutions for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and on the other hand to make our buildings and cities more resilient to climate change.
We have collected a number of examples of green architecture which, in different ways, implement innovative solutions and prompt us to ‘think new’ in the green transition.
