Business Development Coordinator at BIG

Our Copenhagen office is looking for a Business Development Coordinator, Nordics, native speaker at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian).

As part of the Business Development Team, your primary focus is to support our activities in the Nordic market, by proactively seeking new and interesting project opportunities, maintaining and gaining new relevant contacts and in all ways seek to support BIG’s business strategy within the Nordic marked.

The role includes great personal development potential in an international creative environment where the level of ambition is high.

Primary areas of responsibility

  • Support the Business Development team, including the BIG Partners
  • Produce PQ applications for public tenders 
  • Develop new and maintain existing client, consultant, and collaborator relations
  • Update and maintain marketing material, copy, and design for web and print
  • Assist in maintaining a clear overview of business-related inquires
  • Initial assessment of potential new projects
  • Lead marked research for public tenders in Scandinavia
  • Lead market research projects
  • Maintain databases
  • Prepare regular status updates
  • Coordinate and guide office- and project tours for potential clients, consultants and collaborators

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has experience from a similar position, ideally within the Architecture/Constructing industry
  • Is expert in MS Office and Adobe CS (especially InDesign), experience with CMS Client Management Software is a plus
  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) and English
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Has an interest and knowledge of market research
